Your order will be shipped within 4-20 business days after it reaches us. 50% of our products are regularly produced models. Some models or sizes may not be available when you place your order. For this reason, our shipping time can take up to 20 business days. We kindly ask you to consider this when placing your order. In the new collection marked as pre-order, the shipping time is 30-40 business days. Our pre-order models are specified in the product details section.

Please open the shipping box when receiving your product and ensure that the contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any issues, please have the courier prepare a report and return the product. Our Customer Service will assist you.
If you are not personally present at the address during delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after their photo ID has been checked and their signature has been obtained.
RETURN PROCESS
It is our fundamental principle that you are happy with your purchase from Bettyandsam.co. If you would like to return your product, we would be pleased to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.

To return the orders you placed from Bettyandsam.com, it is sufficient to send an email to info@bettyandsam.com stating that you wish to return your product. You do not need to wait for a response to the email. After sending the email, you can directly deliver your product to the cargo. Returns that are not informed via email are NOT ACCEPTED.
- You can return your products, along with all accessories, to the address specified below, provided that they have not exceeded 15 days from the date of receipt, the product security seal has not been opened (This does not prevent you from trying, you can easily test the product), the labels have not been removed and they have not been used, and the resale feature has not been compromised. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with payment due. Therefore, we recommend that you test your products as soon as possible in a way that will not cause damage when they reach you, and return those that you think are not suitable, as specified above.
Refunds for accepted return requests will be processed and sent to the bank within 2-5 business days after checking the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions. The shipping cost for returning the product is to be paid by you. You must return the product to us by paying the shipping fee with the shipping company of your choice. Shipments sent with payment on delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We kindly ask you to ensure that the product is packaged in a way that it will not be damaged.

Your refund will be processed by your bank in the same way you made the payment to your payment method (installment purchases will be refunded in installments). The speed of this process is entirely dependent on your bank's internal processes (1-15 business days).
The products subject to return are being examined by our company.

It is not possible to return products that have been damaged due to improper cleaning processes related to use.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made products.
